AI Agent Builder generates and deploys AI agent systems (autonomous software that executes tasks using large language models). These systems are classified as limited-risk AI under the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689).

Transparency obligation (Article 50): All AI-generated outputs are clearly attributed to AI agents. Agents operate under human oversight via the proposal lifecycle (PROPOSE/CONFIRM tiers). No agent can take irreversible actions without explicit human approval.

The AI models used for inference are provided by third-party providers (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral) and processed on EU or EEA infrastructure where available.
